Senior ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Architect will serve as a technical leader responsible for platform strategy, governance, and delivery while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and establish development standards
- Design, develop, and support complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
- Implement Hardware and Software Asset Management solutions and align IT Service Management capabilities with ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD
