Job Summary
Leading the architectural direction for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM product areas, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Architect will serve as the technical authority, ensuring compliance with platform strategy and governance while delivering secure and scalable solutions in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM architectures, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and standards
- Provide technical direction to developers and admins, influencing design decisions and promoting best practices
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and ServiceNow best practices while supporting operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural or senior technical lead capacity
- Deep technical expertise in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, and platform security
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
