Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing consultancy, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, configure and customize applications, and provide technical guidance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integrations
- One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred
