Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical / Functional Consultant for a remote, contract position who will manage ServiceNow implementations, configurations, and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support AI-driven capabilities such as Now Assist and Generative AI
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience; 5+ years preferred for senior positions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and 2 active CIS certifications are mandatory
- Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and at least one major module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, or CSM)
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience implementing AI-powered ServiceNow use cases, including Now Assist and Generative AI
