Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Job Summary
To support an enterprise Technology Catalog and IT Simplification program, the remote Senior ServiceNow Consultant will assess technology needs, improve catalog data quality, and collaborate with various stakeholders across business units in a contract role.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Technology Catalog consulting resource for assigned business units
- Translate business and technology requirements into structured technology use cases for the Technology Catalog
- Identify opportunities for technology reuse and rationalization while improving catalog data quality and governance
Required qualifications:
- Senior-level consulting or architecture experience in a large, complex enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and related platform capabilities
- Experience with technology portfolio management and application portfolio management
- Knowledge of technology standards, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks
- Ability to develop executive-ready recommendations and decision materials
