Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, the Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM) will design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and ITOM capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational visibility and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM modules
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring, infrastructure, and third-party platforms
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow best practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices
- Experience designing and supporting MID Server architecture and integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
