Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Providing hands-on platform engineering for a Federal Agency, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow capabilities, perform complex remediation, and support integrations while adhering to Agile practices and ensuring platform upgradeability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain ServiceNow platform capabilities from approved user stories and technical designs
- Perform complex Tier 3 remediation and root-cause analysis for application logic, scripts, and integrations
- Develop reusable enterprise integrations and application logic using REST/SOAP APIs and other approved platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong ServiceNow JavaScript/Glide development skills with experience in Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Experience developing and troubleshooting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Servers
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy High Risk IT background-investigation requirements
