Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Service Management team, the remote contract Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management, and IT Asset Management while mentoring junior developers and driving platform innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
- Maintain ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB, driving governance and data quality initiatives
- Configure and support Strategic Portfolio Management processes, enhancing portfolio planning and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-7 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM
