Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications while managing the full application-development lifecycle and addressing backlog activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain ServiceNow applications and components
- Support indemnity application development and other USDA-prioritized ServiceNow backlog work
- Participate in Agile backlog refinement, testing, and Government-controlled release processes
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated ServiceNow application-development and sustainment experience in a production environment
- Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow workflows, application logic, and integrations
- Experience troubleshooting defects and supporting controlled testing and releases
- Ability to work within established enterprise platform governance and documentation processes
