Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Implementer, this full-time position will focus on the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, requiring strong hands-on experience in workflows, user access management, and operational support, with a hybrid work environment available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules
- Manage user roles, access controls, and ensure adherence to security principles
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Tier II/III operational support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and administration experience
- Strong experience developing workflows and automations within ServiceNow
- Experience creating and modifying forms, tables, and business rules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security model, including user roles and ACLs
