Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation for a global life sciences organization, the remote Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM) will design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions across ITSM and ITOM capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational visibility and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM modules
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms using REST APIs and SOAP web services
- Collaborate with Enterprise Platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and ServiceNow governance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments
- Strong experience in both ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery and CMDB
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices
- Experience designing and supporting MID Server architecture and integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
