Senior ServiceNow Developer with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

To support federal agency clients, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer with Secret Clearance will design, build, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring maintainability and compliance while working remotely during East Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and automated workflows, favoring configuration over customization
• Build advanced Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations, ensuring user-friendly experiences that encourage adoption
• Mentor other developers, enforce development standards, and participate in client-facing design discussions to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited University
• Strong platform scripting skills, including server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Business Rules
• Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Demonstrated experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment
