Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the ServiceNow platform, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for hands-on development, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise ServiceNow instance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Implements complex solutions and integrations while ensuring platform stability and performance
- Conducts code reviews and drives best practices for platform evolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in scripting on ServiceNow using JavaScript and Glide API
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist implementation and configuration
