Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
Developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design and implement integrations between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse, and other applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITIL processes
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Demonstrated ability to design complex ITSM workflows and automate processes
