Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
To support critical business operations, the remote Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on platform stability, automation initiatives, and knowledge management while managing the Agile backlog and presenting metrics to IT management.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and integrations
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and support major releases and incidents
- Design and enhance automation and Agentic AI capabilities to reduce manual effort
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and governance, including mentoring and design reviews
- 7+ years of advanced ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer and REST/SOAP
- 5+ years managing an Agile backlog and ticket queue against SLAs
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Agentic Workflow and AI Agents
- 3+ years of experience with Hardware Asset Management and related ServiceNow modules
