Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect will define and lead the architectural direction for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM product areas within the enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, OOTB-compliant solutions for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM architectures
- Provide technical direction and oversight to development teams, ensuring adherence to platform standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and continually reduce technical debt through strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural or senior technical lead capacity
- Deep technical expertise in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, and platform security
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
