Senior ServiceNow Tester

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Tester will support the testing, validation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions for the FAA FRAMES platform, collaborating remotely with various stakeholders to ensure platform stability and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring alignment with FAA FRAMES business requirements
• Plan and perform various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, while documenting defects and tracking their resolution
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate application functionality, workflows, and integrations, ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least eight (8) years specifically in ServiceNow testing
• Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience with ServiceNow platform concepts, including workflows, notifications, and application configurations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools for defect tracking and test management
