Senior Services Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Services Consultant will determine network and system needs, install and configure Axway API Management solutions, and provide training and mentorship to clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure Axway API Management solutions across high-availability environments, ensuring secure API traffic routing
- Design and configure database environments to support API transaction monitoring and seamless data exchange
- Provide formal training and mentorship to clients on maximizing the use of Axway solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, or a related field
- 2 years of related experience in operating system and application administration with Windows or Linux environments
- Experience with web API development and testing, including SOAP, XML, REST, and JSON
- Familiarity with cloud and container-based technologies, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of web application security standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID
