Job Summary
Owning the merchandising experience across SwimOutlet.com, the full-time Senior Site Merchandiser will manage homepage merchandising, navigation, and product discovery while utilizing AI to enhance the customer journey in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandising strategy tailored to various customer personas
- Utilize AI to analyze customer behavior and improve product discovery and recommendations
- Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to align assortment strategy with customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using customer behavior data for merchandising decisions
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, analysis, and process improvement
- Proven ability to partner with Buyers or Merchants and work closely with Product and UX teams
- Experience in category merchandising, search, navigation, and product discovery
