Senior Site Payments Specialist

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time Senior Site Payments Specialist will manage the life cycle of clinical site payment administration, ensuring accurate payment execution and compliance with contracts and budgets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire clinical site payment administration process from protocol scheduling to payment execution
• Evaluate EDC design and data collection for accurate budget mapping and timely payment triggers
• Coordinate with sponsors and manage audit activities related to investigator payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in finance, technical, clinical, or health-related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in global site finance activities or clinical trial finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to ensure positive customer interactions and timely deliverables
• Previous project management experience preferred
