Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on the intersection of site reliability, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and security, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will operate production infrastructure, advance security measures, and secure the software supply chain in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and evolve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, and security
- Advance infrastructure security by evolving approaches to cloud services, networking, and IAM as the platform grows
- Secure the software supply chain by strengthening security practices throughout the CI/CD process and deployment controls
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Security Engineer
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized production environments
- Strong experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and its security model
- Understanding of IAM, networking, TLS/PKI, encryption, and cloud-native security principles
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CDK
