Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Site Reliability Engineer will maintain high site availability and enhance customer experience through technical problem resolution, automation, and collaboration with development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline support and technical solutions for complex cloud infrastructure and network systems
- Analyze monitoring data to identify patterns and take appropriate actions for incident management
- Assist in automation and tool development to streamline processes and reduce operational toil
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in a high-availability enterprise production environment
- 4+ years managing and monitoring AWS technologies and services
- 2+ years in an enterprise-level NOC or Command Center environment
- 4+ years in scripting, automation, and software development with languages such as Python and Java
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies and CI/CD tools
