Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
As a key member of the new Applications group, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage the NetBox build and release pipeline, ensuring efficient software delivery and enhancing production reliability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the NetBox build and release pipeline, ensuring timely and reliable software delivery to Cloud and Enterprise customers
- Enhance application performance and reliability, focusing on observability, monitoring, and incident response
- Collaborate across teams to drive improvements and address performance and reliability issues back to NetBox Core
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE with a focus on writing maintainable code
- Production experience with Django and Postgres, including schema design and performance optimization
- Strong skills in container build processes and supply chain security practices
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and manage complex migrations
