Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the reliability and performance of critical platforms, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead complex reliability initiatives, drive automation efforts, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system recovery capabilities, with options for remote work available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating monitoring queries and establishing service level baselines
- Supporting senior engineers during incidents and contributing to post-mortems and RCAs
- Implementing automation and executing code in production environments
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in Terraform, including modules and state management
- Hands-on experience managing production AWS environments across various services
- Proficiency in GitHub Actions CI/CD for building and troubleshooting workflows
- Knowledge of Docker and ECS Fargate for container management
- Strong Linux and automation skills with Bash/Python scripting for operational tooling
