Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
As a key member of the Platform SRE team, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will build and operate infrastructure and tools that enhance developer productivity and system reliability, collaborating across teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale production environments using AWS and Terraform to improve maintainability and reliability
- Lead initiatives to enhance platform resilience through automated recovery strategies and proactive capacity planning
- Own the development of reusable platform components and self-service tools to streamline the developer experience
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development roles
- Hands-on experience operating production environments in AWS
- Proficiency in Go or Python, with experience in building production-grade automation
- Strong experience with Terraform and container orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of observability practices, including system metrics and SLOs
