Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

As the ultimate guardian of reliability, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will architect high-performing platforms, manage incident responses, and collaborate with engineering leaders to enhance system resilience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to establish reliability objectives and develop long-term reliability roadmaps for core services
• Lead cross-service incident responses during critical outages, providing guidance and solutions
• Drive the adoption of advanced reliability patterns and infrastructure scalability across the organization

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or production engineering with complex distributed systems
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in crafting clean, high-performing code in at least one major programming language
• Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale incidents and driving reliability programs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
