Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Proactively enhancing the reliability of critical infrastructure, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will leverage AI-driven tooling and automation to improve observability and incident response while participating in on-call support for high-severity events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and extend platforms to improve system reliability across the organization
• Lead incident command and coordinate mitigation during high-severity incidents
• Standardize reliability tools and practices across multiple platforms and teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on backend/platform projects
• Experience running production on-call for high-availability systems
• Familiarity with AI-driven tooling for observability and incident analysis
• Fluency with CI/CD pipelines and progressive rollout strategies
• Strong incident management skills, including structured triage and blameless postmortems
