Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in the APAC region, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage the reliability of the brokerage platform, focusing on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, and PostgreSQL database reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production day-to-day, including on-call duties, incident response, and postmortems
- Own the reliability practice by defining SLIs/SLOs and helping product teams adhere to them
- Strengthen observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting while shipping infrastructure through code in a GitOps workflow
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering with production operations ownership
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitOps workflows for infrastructure management
- Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments, including performance tuning and online migrations
- Familiarity with cloud networking fundamentals and debugging cross-service connectivity
- Proficiency in incident response and structured debugging under pressure
