Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a night shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will deploy, manage, and secure production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments in AWS and Azure, while automating tasks and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to enhance system reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Deploying and managing Ivanti's production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure
- Automating common tasks and writing documentation and training materials
- Participating in on-call rotations for 24x7 incident response and problem resolution
Required qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years post-BSc
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Java, Golang, or C#
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure
- Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications, as well as network and storage infrastructure issues
