Job Summary
To support a dynamic team delivering innovative SaaS solutions, the full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the stability and performance of products while implementing best practices in monitoring, incident management, and automation, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Champion and implement a culture of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to maintain a resilient and observable platform infrastructure
- Leverage AI tools for enhancing system reliability and automate operational processes
- Participate in on-call duties and lead the triage and root cause analysis of production incidents
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years managing Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure
- 5+ years programming in C#/.NET, Java, or similar languages
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Azure DevOps or Terraform
- 5+ years with production monitoring tools such as Datadog or New Relic
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
