Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior Slate Communications Strategist, responsible for leading complex Slate Deliver campaigns, mentoring team members, and shaping enrollment communication strategies using performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and technical resource for the team, providing mentorship and guidance on complex client engagements
• Own the configuration, maintenance, and oversight of Slate Deliver campaigns, including email builds and reporting
• Lead communication flow strategy for high-profile clients, leveraging data to optimize campaign performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent life/work experience
• At least 3 years of intermediate to advanced experience in Technolutions Slate CRM, particularly in the Deliver module
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and mentor peers
• Deep knowledge of enrollment communications strategy, campaign reporting, and segmentation
