Senior Slate Implementation Strategist
Job Summary
Leading advanced implementations of Slate Student Success modules, the full-time remote Senior Slate Student Success Implementations Strategist will manage client projects, mentor team members, and provide strategic recommendations while serving as the primary Slate expert for assigned clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the build of advanced Slate Student Success Implementations, including data migration and datasets
- Serve as the expert voice on Slate for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and strategy
- Mentor and support the growth of one to three Slate Strategists while contributing to team innovation and internal projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent life/work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced Technolutions Slate CRM experience
- Minimum of 1 year of higher education advising, retention, or Student Success experience
- Thorough knowledge of Slate features and advanced knowledge of Student Success processes and strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
