Senior SoC Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support chip design and integration activities, the remote Senior SoC Design Engineer will write architecture specifications, integrate subsystems at the SoC level, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring quality-first outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Write architecture specifications for SoC subsystems and translate system intent into design guidance
• Integrate subsystems at the SoC level, ensuring correct connectivity and overall system coherence
• Develop and maintain design quality flows and use results to drive improvements in performance, power, and area

Required qualifications

• MSc degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in SoC integration roles
• Experience integrating complex SoC subsystems such as processors, PCIe, and DDR
• Proficiency in RTL design methodologies and languages including Verilog, SystemVerilog, and VHDL
• Solid modeling, programming, and scripting skills with experience in Tcl and Python
