Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the contract Senior Social Media Specialist will shape social media strategy and content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, while building relationships with business owners and managing customer stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content plans for social media channels, focusing on engagement and conversation
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce platform-specific content and manage interactions with followers
• Lead customer feature programs and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and community engagement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in B2B or software for small businesses
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and fostering meaningful interactions
• Experience working with influencers, including negotiation and deliverable management
• Hands-on experience navigating Reddit and understanding community norms
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social for performance tracking
