Job Summary

Focused on social listening and community engagement, the full-time remote Senior Social Media Specialist will manage cultural insights, produce static assets, and lead engagement strategies across various platforms including Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day social listening to identify cultural moments and trends for brand engagement
• Own the production of static assets and manage the social editorial calendar across multiple channels
• Lead community engagement on platforms like Reddit, crafting responses that resonate with users and align with brand voice

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media for a consumer audience, including social listening and community management
• Proficiency with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, including the ability to write Boolean queries
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and carousel work, demonstrating a keen design eye
• Deep understanding of platform norms, particularly on Reddit, with experience building brand presence
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar across multiple stakeholders
