Senior Software Application Trainer
Job Summary
Supporting the modernization of a School Finance system, the full-time Senior Software Application Trainer will develop and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with project teams remotely over a temporary 45-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training plans and materials for the modernized School Finance system, including user guides and presentations
- Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions for CLIENT staff and other approved users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on user feedback and system changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training for software applications and business processes
- Experience creating training materials for both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
