Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
Providing full stack development and documentation support for the FAA's NAS Defense Program, the fully remote Senior Software Developer will focus on creating UI wireframes, participating in coding exercises, and supporting technical and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Participating in team and stakeholder discussions to provide recommendations
- Creating and updating application documentation and UI wireframes for new software functionality
- Supporting technical activities including security assessments and system modernization recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in web application development using React, Angular, Node.js, and Oracle/Postgres
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems and docker-based web applications
- Experience with Atlassian products including JIRA, Bitbucket, or Confluence
- Ability to hold and maintain a Secret level security clearance
