Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
To support the Department of State's PRiMES application, the hybrid remote Senior Software Developer will assist in operation and maintenance, lead application transformations, and develop enhancements using Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Lead the migration of existing applications to a cloud-based platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs while participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance at time of award
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or development
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
