Job Summary
As the senior engineer on a small pod, the full-time remote Senior Software Developer will build and evolve the Agentic SDLC framework, design the connector layer, and maintain eval harnesses to enhance AI-driven workflows for non-technical employees across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evolve the Agentic SDLC framework, including agent workflows and orchestration templates
- Design and implement the connector layer for core system integrations, ensuring correct permissions for data access
- Maintain eval harnesses to automatically score agent output and establish quality gates for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with production systems, including 1-2 years in LLM-powered or agentic systems
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and coding agents, such as Claude Code or LangGraph
- Ability to measure success by the throughput of other teams and create user-friendly documentation
- Comfort with high autonomy and operating within a small team environment
