Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of complex Business Central and mobile solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will manage technical delivery, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality standards while working remotely from the US, Canada, or the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of enhancements and major workstreams from estimation to release
- Mentor Associate Developers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering quality
- Act as an escalation point for complex defects and production incidents, ensuring effective resolution
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex production software and leading technical workstreams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL, React Native, or TypeScript
- Strong technical judgment and experience in debugging, solution design, and code review
- Experience with SaaS or ERP products, including AppSource and mobile app releases
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
