Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
To build out a portfolio of AI-assisted regulatory and artwork tools, the contract Senior Software Developer will design, write, test, and ship code, transforming existing prototypes into usable tools for advisors in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build features for regulatory and artwork tools, delivering small, frequent releases that enhance efficiency and reduce risk
- Choose appropriate methods for problem-solving, integrating document processing, OCR, and generative AI for reproducible outputs
- Collaborate with regulatory specialists to develop testable rules and maintain well-documented, maintainable code through Azure DevOps
Required qualifications
- Senior-level software engineering experience with a focus on product development and maintenance in production
- Hands-on proficiency with C#/.NET and Azure services, including strong API and data-processing skills
- Practical experience in building LLM-backed features using Azure OpenAI or similar APIs
- Experience in taking digital products from prototype to production launch and ongoing improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical specialists to translate their knowledge into testable increments
