Job Summary
To support a federal agency, the fully remote Senior Software Developer will enhance and modernize the core grants management system using Oracle Forms and Reports, focusing on PL/SQL development and integration with related applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports modules, including PL/SQL libraries and report definitions deployed on WebLogic 12c
- Analyze work orders and perform impact analysis across Oracle 19c schemas, documenting requirements and estimating effort
- Implement application changes driven by external sources and support infrastructure hosting changes while ensuring compliance with security standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, including 5 years of hands-on Oracle Forms and Reports development
- Demonstrated competency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, along with experience in Ruby on Rails, Java, and various database systems
- Experience upgrading or migrating Oracle Forms/Reports applications and deploying them on WebLogic Server
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or valid work-visa holder, and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation
