Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time Senior Software Developer (EDI) will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows, partner requirements, and data validation rules
- Interpret and troubleshoot various transaction sets, ensuring compliance and accurate processing
- Document mapping requirements for new partners and integration changes while partnering with stakeholders for issue resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 standards and SNIP validations
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
