Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance quality engineering processes, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will be responsible for building regression automation scripts, manually testing software for validation, and executing various testing types to ensure software functionality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality
- Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure proper software behavior
- Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback and ensure quality throughout the SDLC
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a software quality assurance role
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing
- Experience with programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Gherkin, SQL, and Ruby/Rails
- Possess a mindset focused on holistic quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
