Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is seeking a Senior Software Development In Test Engineer.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests using modern software development and testing tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated testing approaches
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for UI, Microservices & API

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with SQL Server or other databases
• Working knowledge of automated or manual testing, with UI and/or API layers, such as SOAP, REST/RESTful, Apigee, web, mobile, and desktop application testing
• Knowledge of common automated testing tools, such as Cypress, Selenium, Katalon, xUnit, NUnit, etc
• Working knowledge of microservices, cloud computing, and related technologies, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
