Job Summary
Owning projects from start to finish, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) will lead technical initiatives, interact with clients, and utilize AI tools to enhance engineering workflows in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, and post-launch support
- Serve as the primary engineering contact for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Utilize AI agents to improve project delivery velocity and support technical direction during the discovery phase
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production web applications
- Strong full-stack development skills with professional experience in React or a similar JavaScript framework
- Solid PHP experience, including object-oriented programming and common design patterns
- Deep expertise in Drupal (8/9/10) including custom modules, theming, and site building
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows, along with comfort in SQL and database-backed applications
