Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading high-impact software development projects remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will contribute to full stack solutions while training and mentoring engineering teams on AI-native development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development projects across ASG's portfolio companies, designing and delivering production-quality solutions
• Train and mentor OpCo engineering teams on AI-native software development techniques through workshops and practical coaching
• Collaborate with portfolio leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-native development to enhance execution and value creation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in building and shipping production-quality applications
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering across the full stack, including infrastructure, backend, web, mobile, and databases
• Experience with AI and agentic coding tools to accelerate software development processes
• Familiarity with tools that enhance the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD and testing frameworks
• Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate training sessions for technical audiences
