Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To drive user adoption through personalized onboarding experiences, the remote Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, plan, design, and build features that enhance engagement for trial users.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops to create and improve user experiences that drive product adoption
- Quickly develop and experiment with features to increase engagement from trial users
- Build systems for customized onboarding and enhance various app modules to improve usage and reduce churn
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript
- Previous experience on a Growth engineering team
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
