Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive user adoption through personalized onboarding experiences, the remote Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, plan, design, and build features that enhance engagement for trial users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops to create and improve user experiences that drive product adoption
• Quickly develop and experiment with features to increase engagement from trial users
• Build systems for customized onboarding and enhance various app modules to improve usage and reduce churn

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript
• Previous experience on a Growth engineering team
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
