Job Summary
Combining strong software engineering fundamentals with an AI-native approach, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in the Marine Division will develop and modernize web applications for marina operations, utilizing technologies such as React, Node.js, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features and products for the marine software platform across frontend, backend, and integrations
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, debugging, testing, and documentation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions while mentoring other engineers on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of practical software engineering experience, particularly with production web applications
- Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools in a modern engineering workflow
- Hands-on experience evaluating and improving AI-generated code for correctness and maintainability
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
