Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer specializing in Workforce Integrations, this remote position will design, maintain, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and optimize system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Owner for platform integration, troubleshooting issues and making informed technical decisions
- Design and deploy cloud-based applications while ensuring high standards of software quality and security
- Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Software Design and Architecture with a focus on .NET development
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and experience with Azure Cloud technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing
- Ability to work with multiple programming languages, such as Python, Go, and JavaScript
